This year we have big plans, expanding our startup across the country and beyond and adding some exciting new products to our mix.
Junior Marketing & Operations Manager
To do so we are looking for a Full-time marketing & operations manager to help drive the business forward and help with or day to day customer experience. The role would suit someone with a passion to play an important role in a startup business and willing to go the extra mile that this brings. There will be opportunities to work from home and some travel to our new UK sites. You will be in charge of all aspects of our marketing strategy. The role will also entail operational work at our rental sites.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Formulate and manage our marketing strategy.
Create marketing materials and campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Coming up with new ideas for publicity stunts and new ways to drive traffic to our website.
Each new site we operate in while require market research and targeted ad campaign.
The marketing function will take up approximately 50% of your time, the remainder will be spent working on our site operations.
Site operations - Site management, people management, customer relationship management, safety and risk management.
Requirements of the role:
Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years)
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Strong creative outlook.
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, PPC, FB ads etc.
Ability to work as part as a small team.
You must enjoy working outdoors in an active environment when you are on site.
You will be expected to work some weekends, however you will have time off to compensate.
We will make sure you enjoy a good work/life balance.
Salary will be £23,000-25,000 per annum depending on experience + bonus & pension contribution.

Liverpool Manager/ Founder
This year we are opening a new site in Liverpool. We are looking for an entrepreneurial manager to take charge of all aspects of our Liverpool operation as we launch the new site.
The role is very varied and will be a mix of operational, business growth and administrative functions.
We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard in a highly enjoyable role. You must be passionate about our products
Manage all of our day to day site operations - this includes preparing our HotTugs, greeting customers, providing customer briefings etc. It is hands on and operational, weekend work is expected.
Health and Safety - you are responsible for the health and safety of our customers and staff.
Business Growth/local marketing - We expect you to promote our business in the local area and develop partnerships with local hotels, tourist offices etc
Staff recruitment and management - you will be responsible for a team of part time employees.
Stakeholder management - you will manage our relationships with local stakeholders.
Exceptional operational and organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
General Management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and intensely while juggling multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
