The Role

Welcome customers and guide them through our boat operations. Support the smooth delivery of every trip by ensuring a great customer experience, caring for equipment, managing facilities, maintaining health and safety standards and handling a bit of administration. Assist with local marketing when needed, respond to customer enquiries and bookings, monitor behaviour on the water and help guests when issues arise. Evening and weekend work is required.

• Safety conscious with a professional outlook

• Confident around water

• Able to work independently and adapt to changing situations

• Customer-first attitude with drive and enthusiasm

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Energetic team player who enjoys working with others

• High energy levels and a cheerful attitude, even under pressure

• Comfortable working outdoors

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Marketing and sales experience a plus

• Health & safety knowledge a plus

• Practical DIY and maintenance skills a plus
